Four things we evaluate.
- Drive and discipline. You're already operating seriously in your current role. The constraint is resources, not effort.
- Specificity over enthusiasm. You can name what you'd do with full access — not just say you want it.
- Cohort fit. You match the same profile as paid students. Same background, same ambition, same career trajectory.
- Honest about the obstacle. You've thought about why price is the actual blocker — not timing, not readiness, not commitment.
