The Amazon course built by operators on every side of the table.
Virtual, self-paced training from three operators with 25+ years combined in e-commerce. Vendor at P&G and Samsung. Platform inside Amazon Europe Retail. Seller on FBA. The strategy behind categories worth hundreds of millions, in ~7-minute lessons.
Player · Board · Pieces · Game
- ✓ Vendor, Seller and FBA covered. The three sides of Amazon, taught together.
- ✓ 100% virtual and self-paced. One full year of access.
- ✓ ~7-minute lessons, built for people with real jobs.
- ✓ Certificate on completion.
2 million operators on Amazon. Only 1% control the board.
The Amazon professional market is shaped like a pyramid. Two million active sellers, plus tens of thousands of e-commerce professionals across brands and agencies. Walk into any of those teams and you'll find the same shape.
The 1% does the work that compounds. Negotiation. Multi-market architecture. Catalogue and pricing strategy connected across markets. Reading what the platform rewards three moves before everyone else. The connection of every piece in a market that won't stop moving.
That is what the Amazon Grand Masters course teaches. The strategic level. Where you want to be a year from now.
Where you are on the pyramid is a choice.
See the curriculum →No one else teaching Amazon has played all three sides.
We led the Amazon strategy for the largest vendors in Europe and the Middle East. Seven consecutive years of pan-European Vendor negotiations, at P&G and Samsung.
We build and run our own brands. Two seven-figure brands of our own on Amazon. Eight-figure brands run on Seller Central and FBA for other sellers.
We spent a decade inside Amazon itself. Senior Category Leader for PC & Gaming Europe, building the platform's own commercial mechanics.
Three operators. Three sides. At the same time. P&G now hires us to teach their global commercial teams what we built. This course is how we teach it to you.
The Amazon playbook, broken into four pillars.
Every grandmaster knows: you don't win by luck. You win by understanding the player, the board, the pieces and the game. 200+ lessons. Each one a ~7-minute video. Built to fit between meetings, on a commute, on a Sunday.

This isn't a course of slides and quotes. It's the playbook of three operators who still do this work every day, recorded with the tools, the case studies and the moves they actually make.
Format & access.
We've been there. Built for operators who don't have full days to spare.
Pillar → Section → Lesson. Every lesson a short ~7-minute video. ~30 hours of content total. A Netflix series, spread over months.
Watch when you can. Re-watch when you need to. One full year of access. No rushed deadlines. No expiring lessons.
Web platform optimised for both. Laptop, phone, tablet. No app to install. Sign in from anywhere.
Taught in English. Subtitles in Spanish, French, German and Italian. Built for a pan-European and global English-speaking audience.
Each pillar includes evaluations and exams. Pass, and you receive an E-commerce Grand Masters certificate on completion.
12 group sessions per year with Pablo and Luca. Daniel joins select debate sessions. Frameworks, case breakdowns, your questions answered. Recorded if you miss them.
Taught by the operators who were in the room.
Not academics. Not agency founders who scaled one brand and built a course. Three operators who have sat on all three sides of the Amazon table.
Pablo Lapeña
For 15 years I led the Amazon Europe commercial relationship at P&G. I started by 8x'ing P&G's Amazon revenue in Spain over two and a half years. Then I moved to Geneva to run Amazon Europe in a role they had just created. I launched the Amazon channel for P&G in Turkey, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands and Belgium. Seven consecutive years of pan-European annual negotiations with Amazon. While I was doing all that, I built my own brands on Amazon at nights and weekends. One sports brand crossed several million in its second year. In 2024 the market collapsed sixty percent. I came out the other side of that crisis with the brand still standing and a level of operating knowledge no boardroom can give you.
"The gap between how Amazon talks to sellers and how it operates with top Vendors is enormous. Understanding both sides is the unfair advantage."
Luca Marini
I started in P&G Italy as Key Account Manager for Dactor and other drug brands. Amazon was small for those brands when I arrived. I found tactics the algorithms of the time were rewarding and the brand started moving. I was promoted to Director of E-commerce Italy at P&G. I managed fifteen people and expanded into eBay, AliExpress and Vente-Privée. Then I moved to Samsung Middle East as e-commerce lead. Mobile, devices, every marketplace in the region: Amazon Turkey, Amazon Egypt, and the local players nobody outside the region understands. I've operated across five continents. I joined Pablo three years ago. What I bring to the Academy is the architecture mindset. Designing how the channels and the catalogue fit together across markets that don't behave the same way.
"Most operators optimise. Few engineer. The difference is whether you're reacting to the platform or designing your relationship with it."
Daniel Arenas
I'm a Computing Engineer who walked into P&G's marketing function. Atypical for someone with my background. I led Braun electroshavers, then Head & Shoulders and Pantene in Spain, which is where Pablo and I met. In parallel we co-founded what became the largest escape rooms business in Spain. In 2015 I moved inside Amazon Europe Retail, where I spent the next decade. I owned annual vendor negotiations from inside the platform. I led Peak Events coordination across European markets: Prime Day, Black Friday. I trained dozens of vendor managers and category leaders. I didn't just observe Amazon. I built internal solutions, fought for process changes and shipped tools that other categories adopted. I ended as Senior Category Leader for PC & Gaming Europe and left in August 2025 to join a European AI venture raising serious capital. What I bring to the Academy is what the platform actually optimises for, not what brands assume.
"I've been on both sides of every Vendor meeting. What brands think Amazon wants and what Amazon actually optimises for are two completely different things."
You don't just get the training. You join the network.
We're with you after the lessons end, in the business decisions you face every week. The network is as valuable as the curriculum.

A curated group of high-calibre professionals who take Amazon as seriously as you do. Your cohort becomes your competitive edge.
Career opportunities
Every week, brands and operators ask us to recommend people to run their businesses on Amazon and TikTok. Finish the course, stand out in your cohort, and the next name we put forward could be yours.
A high-level, well-paid professional career in global e-commerce.
Three steps. Three salary bands. Europe and the US, side by side.
Target salary once you can operate a channel, not just assist. A 20–30% jump from a non-specialised role is typical for early-career professionals moving into e-commerce.
The range for operators who own strategy, not tasks. Once AI and e-commerce fluency become the real differentiator, a ~20% promotion jump is typical at this step.
Where the operators who run the whole channel sit. Across Europe and the US, directors clear €100K / $170K and rise well beyond.
Who Amazon Grand Masters is for.
We're selective on admissions because we want students who fit and who succeed.
If you're here to build a career on Amazon, not chase a quick win.
-
You're early-career. You want the operator skills employers actually hire for.
-
You're moving into digital commerce. From sales, marketing or retail.
-
You manage a team or sit in management. The next boardroom conversation about Amazon is coming.
-
You run a brand. You want corporate-level rigour, not hacks.
If you're looking for a side hustle or a 30-day result on Amazon.
-
You want a quick win or passive income. Mastery is a process. We won't pretend otherwise.
-
You want tactics over strategy.
-
No commercial background yet. We assume you've studied or worked in business, sales, marketing, retail or operations.
-
You want a guaranteed income or job outcome. We don't promise those — and the educators who do are the ones to watch out for.
If the left column is you, welcome. If the right column is closer, we'll happily point you somewhere better suited to where you are now.
What this education would have cost you yesterday.
For 15 years this knowledge stayed behind corporate doors. The playbook Pablo built at P&G. The platform-side moves Daniel ran inside Amazon Europe. The multi-market architecture Luca designed across Samsung. None of it was for sale.
Today P&G hires us to deliver these same frameworks to their global commercial teams. The big consultancies charge €500,000 for an Amazon strategy engagement, written by analysts who have never run a brand on the platform themselves.
What you get on this page is the operator's version of that training.
€2,595 from the next cohort.
An investment that pays for itself once.
One properly structured Vendor negotiation can recover tens of thousands in accruals and terms. One restructured PPC strategy can cut 30–40% of wasted spend. One Director-level move adds €15–30K to your annual salary. The question is not whether €1,795 is expensive. It is what it costs you not to have this.

"But what about…"
Neither did the students who finished it. Every lesson is 5–15 minutes. Built for operators in real jobs.
Most study in 20–30 minute blocks: before work, on a commute, one evening a week. You have a full year of access. There is no race.
Probably from one side of the table: Seller, Vendor, or Agency. This course is built from three sides at once. P&G and Samsung Vendor strategy. A decade inside Amazon Europe itself.
The gap between what brands think Amazon wants and what Amazon actually rewards is the part you haven't seen yet.
AI will handle the tactics: listing copy, keyword research, basic optimisation, performance reporting.
It will not handle strategic judgment: which battles to pick, how to read a category, when a Vendor relationship is worth fighting for. The operators who matter in three years are the ones who direct AI, not race it.
Fair question. There are a lot of them. The difference is who's teaching. Pablo, Luca and Daniel are operators, not influencers. P&G, Samsung, a decade inside Amazon Europe, nine-figure category deals on both sides of the table.
They're also sellers. They've built their own brands to seven figures and run eight-figure brands for other sellers. They teach what they still do every day.
Cost shouldn't decide who gets to learn this.

built in-house
Honest answers to the questions worth asking.
How much does the course cost? Are there instalments?
How is this different from Helium 10 Freedom Ticket, Amazing Selling Machine and the other big Amazon courses?
I sell on FBA today. Will this help me even though I'm not a Vendor?
What's the refund policy?
How long does the course take?
Can I do this while working full-time?
What language is it in?
Is there a certificate?
When does the next cohort start?
Can my employer pay for it?
What's the difference between the Academy, Consultancy and Growth Partnership?
We built this for the operators who'd actually use it.
For two decades the three of us sat in the boardrooms of P&G, Samsung and Amazon Europe. We negotiated large-scale deals. We ran categories worth hundreds of millions a year. We saw the same thing the whole time: the gap between the tricks sold online and the strategy used inside global companies is enormous. The real playbooks stayed behind corporate doors.
Amazon Grand Masters is us opening those doors.
If you're ready to stop chasing tactics and start running the channel, we'll see you on the inside.
The board is set. It's your move.
The Summer Cohort is enrolling now at €1,795. The next cohort enrols at €2,595. Eight seats remaining.
7-day money-back guarantee · no forms, no red tape · Klarna instalments available · ⏳ Only 8 seats left.
